Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Accounting Teams develop, implement and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Hauptaufgaben

• Costing TESOG FSSC:
  
  
  
  • Koordinieren und ausführen Annual Re-Cost Prozess für TESOG
  
  
  • Monatliche Änderungen der Interco Cost Änderung verarbeiten
  
  
  • Koordinieren der Standardkosten der versch. Business Units und und der 4 TESOG Produktonsstandorte in der Schweiz
  
  
  • Unterstützung der Business Units in Costing Themen
  
  

 

• Mitarbeit Monatsabschluss / spezifische Fachbereiche;
  
  
  
  • Inventory Reserves (PFO, Blocked Stock, NRV)
  
  
  • Inventory Files erstellen
  
  
  • Gold /Silver Process monatlich, incl FINAL Settlements
  
  
  • Fracht Rückstellung
  
  
  • Revenue Recognition (Qrt)
  
  
  • COT (Customer Owned Tooling)
  
  
  • CTC (Contribution To Tooling)
  
  
  • Einkaufsdifferenzen (Purchase Price Variance - PPV Buchungen)
  
  
  • Unterstützung Finance-Team für weitere Themen
  
  

 

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem FSC (Financial Solution Center in PL), Debitoren/Kreditoren


• Stellvertretung /Ferienvertretung Hauptbuchtätigkeiten


• Verarbeiten Interco Debit/Credit notes


• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ländergesellschaften und Business Units


• Analysieren von Finanzdaten


• Verantwortung für Intercompany-Abstimmungen


• Mitarbeit bei globalen Finanzprojekten


• Ansprechpartner bei internen und externen Revisionen
