In order to complete the IT solution for Human Resources Department, we are currently looking for a Strategic Product Portfolio Architect. Position summary: Within that role you will balance technological opportunities with business requirements and maintain a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information and IS/IT Assets for all the product groups within your Stream.As such you will also link the Stream business mission, strategies and processes to the IS/IT strategy and be the guarantor of simplicity, agility and effectiveness of all IS/IT Products Groups within the Stream. Your will also drive reuse and sharing of technology and standard methodologies to improve value delivered to the business in coordination with other Strategic Product Portfolio Architects, the Enterprise Architecture Team and the Architecture Community of Practice Lead. Key responsibilities
Facilitate and ensure the use of the IS/IT governing principles within the scope to guide EA decision-making. Ensures that the architecture governance activities are applied
Provide inputs and expertise to the Office of the CIO and to Product (Group) Managers for budget definition and allocation of investments to meet business initiatives while optimizing the Strategic Architecture
Build the long-term roadmap for the Stream IS/IT architecture, linked to the Stream product groups, the information flows and the overall Stream businesses and corporate objectives
Support the design of the criteria for supplier evaluation, comparison and selection, and collaborate with sourcing for assessing partner viability and risk in relation to target EA
Analyze the current IS/IT environment to detect critical deficiencies or gaps to strategy and recommend solutions for improvement
Provide support to all HR teams and function
Supports the design and modeling of tactical architectures for delivery, development, and support of special projects such as mergers, acquisitions or divestitures
What will make you successful?
Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in at least two IS/IT disciplines (such as infrastructure or security management, application development, middleware, information analysis) in a multitier environment
Confirmed experience with business process and performance modeling, benchmarking, and financial analysis. Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex IS/IT solutions, products and platforms
Strong business knowledge of the Stream (at least 5 years of experience working with it)
Deep understanding in the area of Stream business and technologies, and in modular architecture design and their integration
Extensive knowledge of standardized middleware options, communications protocols, data gateways and platform infrastructures
Knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management.
Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IS/IT services management, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks
Good knowledge of all HR technologies specifically Cloud/SaaSKnowledge of business ecosystems, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IS/IT and predictive analytics
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
