The growth team is responsible for the generation of deals and the steady growth of the company. At FELFEL, we believe in the ‘growth hacking approach’, e.g. we use modern marketing tools that are measurable, with the goal of increasing conversion rates and creating an effective sales funnel.  


As a member of the growth team, you will work directly with the growth team leader and the head of sales, as well as the sales team. You will design and execute FELFEL’s customer loyalty program from scratch and you are responsible for generating insights for the sales team through data analysis.


YOUR ROLE:


ANALYTICS:



  • Generation of sales insights: You nurture our sales team with strategic, valuable insights on growth numbers on a weekly basis to support them in efficiently spending their time on sales activities;

  • Own the data: You develop and own the CRM KPI reports and dashboards;

  • Advertising analytics: You support our content team with data, pushing them to ‘do the right kind’ of content.

  • Know where our potential clients are: At any time, you own the landscape of our target market;

  • Clean data: You are responsible for our CRM tool, ensuring data quality is complete (if needed you fill in the data) at any time.


LOYALTY PROGRAM:



  • You develop a ‘world class’ loyalty program for our end customers who frequently eat FELFEL: creating a unique experience for them alongside our customer excellence team in 2019. You own the execution & automatization of the loyalty program and frequently create insights and generate growth opportunities from it;

  • Develop nurturing programs together with the other team members to turn website visitors into qualified leads and deals;

  • Increase customer penetration: through ideas, generated by data analysis.


TRAINING:



  • CRM training for sales team members: you train newcomers, particularly in the Corporate Partnership team, to ensure the correct use of the CRM tool.

WHO YOU ARE:



  • Strong analytical skills with a sincere and profound love for worksheets and reporting tools

  • Ability to "make it happen"

  • 3 years of experience in a relevant position in CRM/Marketing

  • Outstanding communication skills in English + German or French, both written and verbal

  • Strong project management/organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and provide strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM and/or Databox a plus

  • We like to learn new, fail fast and explore new territories - so do you

  • The company language is English - you are fluent in written and spoken English. If you speak German and/or French - even better.
