SuccessFactors/ SAP Cloud has a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated sales professionals who are eager to drive innovation and wow customers. We are currently seeking an experienced HCM Cloud Solution Sales Executive to drive innovation and digital HR transformation into the Swiss large accounts across Discrete and Manufacturing industries.


 


As HCM  Cloud Solution Sales Executive you achieve an overall revenue goal through a consultative selling approach together – making customers successful. You develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, create product demos to show off new features and help customers to solve their unique HR challenges – and run simple. Introduce customers to cutting-edge software and technology, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.


 


 


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:



  • Work as a team with the Head of HCM Cloud Sales Switzerland to develop and execute programs to drive the sustainability pipeline.

  • Orchastrate the Account Executives and regional Virtual Account Teams (VAT) about the solution set and digital transformation potential.

  • Uncover,run sales cycles and close HCM solution opportunities.

  • Team up with Account Executives to establish, develop, and expand market share and attain revenue within the assigned territory,

  • Lead various sales objectives related to leveraging existing installations of Successfactors/SAP Cloud HCM applications and by identifying new business opportunities.

  • Develop best practices by securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across Named Accounts.

  • Play a lead role in identification and development of net new accounts


 


WORK EXPERIENCE:



  • Circa 3-5 years’ software sales experience and selling HCM Cloud applications an advantage

  • Experience working the full cycle of complex sales and presenting to multiple levels within clients


 


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred

  • Strong personal interest in sustainability topics and solutions

  • Business fluency in Eglish and plus in one of local languaes; German or in Frech, written and spoken is a must

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the focus sector/industry, including business drivers

  • Consistent over-quota performance

  • Stability: proven history of being a top performer/innovator in a company for multiple years running

  • Ability to interact with senior executives across multiple industries

  • Strong C-level/board level communication and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies

  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment

  • Eligibility to live and work in Europe is a must

  • Eagerness to drive innovation and wow customers
