As our new Brand Marketing Co-ordinator you will work closely with our VP of Marketing & Communications and international market countries in the development, management and in the implementation of brand strategy, brand assets, marketing plans, tools and processes to support the building of the brand in all markets. 
Opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and looking to gain experience in the areas of direct response marketing, marketing strategy, and digital, email and web marketing.

Main responsibilities:



  • Manage the workflow of projects through project management system. 

  • Manage local market one-off requests and revisions of marketing materials.

  • Proof read to ensure all edits and comments are addressed and completed correctly on designed marketing and sales support materials

  • Implementation of the brand governance process, work with country teams to guide development of assets to help create standardised brand standards, ensuring consistency and adoption in international markets

  • Maintain intranet and update brand assets to reflect brand updates (figures, brand logos, imagery)

  • Reach out to local marketing employees by email/phone on a regular basis to support local marketing plans

  • Provide Internal communications with the marketing articles for Espresso (internal newsletter)


Job requirements:



  • Entry level experience in marketing.  1-2 years of professional work experience, marketing related preferred

  • Native or fluent level English - knowledge of additional EU language(s) is a plus

  • Strong project management, analytical, communication and organisation skills

  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong presentation skills – resourceful in building clear and impactful presentations

  • Personal attributes – inquisitive, passionate, strong inter-personal skills, diligent

  • Excellent PPT, MS, Excel skills
