Responsibilities

• Preparation of distribution invoices in Salesforce including complex revenue calculations in Excel


• Electronic mailing of invoices to customers


• Preparation of credit memos


• Peer review of invoices together with other billing analysts


• Customer correspondence on invoicing and reporting issues


• Communicate with Commercial team on customer billing issues and reporting


• Work together with Collections and Cash application team to understand issues with invoices and payments


• Support Senior Accountant by updating invoice statuses every week


• Monitor Salesforce customer billing information monthly


• Review of customer contracts to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition against contract terms

Education, experience and skills

• Background in finance or accounting preferred


• Fluent in English


• The candidate should be proactive, possess strong communication skills and pay attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and organize workload to meet tight deadlines


• Excellent problem-solving skills 


• Flair for numbers and analytical thinking


• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data on excel


• Ability to understand complex cost models


• Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus


• Interest in working in an international working environment and different nationalities
