Project Portfolio Manager / PM coordination

Your role:


Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of programs? Do you have strong analytical skills? We’re looking for someone like that who can:


– Build and drive the program management community for the Head of Portfolio Management.


– Be the main entry point for Program- / Project managers and PMOs, being the interface between Portfolio Management / Service Management and the PM community.


– Coordinate trainings to build up needed know-how for relevant UBS toolset.


– Drive and execute financial control and business cases of the portfolio and related programs.


– Drive financial portfolio and program status reports and financial forecasts as part of portfolio control


– Manage a portfolio of programs within the area including financial planning


– Organize regular portfolio reviews including planning and financial forecasting


– Manage actively senior stakeholders of the portfolio, arbitrate between in case of conflicting priorities

Your team:


You’ll be working in the ISE Security PPM team in Zürich. We are a multinational teams with members mainly in Zürich, UK, Poland and India.


Your expertise:


– A university degree


– 2-5 years of experience in the area of Project- , Program- and Portfolio Management


– Experience in working with Project Management related tools (e.g. CA Clarity, etc.)


– Proven knowledge of project financial planning and tracking


– Very strong interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate on all hierarchical levels


– Experience in the area of IT Risk management is a plus


– PMI , IPMA certification is a plus


– Good knowledge on financial business case for programs


– Experience in process management, Six Sigma certification are welcome


– German, proven English skills, Polish is a plus
