We are seeking a driven, experienced, client facing Senior Manager to lead the treasury and treasury technology efforts and contribute to the development and recognition of the Corporate clients team for our Swiss office. The ideal candidate will have the ambition to work in a smaller team and take it through a growth phase, engaging on a variety of treasury management and treasury technology projects, which demand flexibility, strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills.

Your role

• Leading the local corporates team (2-4 FTEs, based in Zurich, and working closely with other international offices)


• Identifying new business opportunities both locally and internationally and playing a key role in commercial activities such as presentations, RFPs, events and networking


• Advising clients surrounding treasury management and treasury technology solutions as well as the implementation of proposed solutions.


• Advising clients on the treasury target operating model by analysing the strategy structure, policy and operations of a client’s treasury function and identify realistic solutions


• Drawing up business cases for the proposed solutions and organized set-ups


• Managing large scale treasury technology projects and taking a leading role in decision making


• Researching market and product developments and actively search for treasury technology advancements


• Participating and hosting internal and external knowledge sharing sessions such as the treasury boot camp, guest lecture events and internal talent trainings

Skills to be successful

• Minimum 7 years engagement in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting


• Existing network of contacts in Switzerland and preferably also Germany


• Knowledge and experience in corporate Treasury Management, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), In-House Banking, Payment, Factories and Bank Connectivity solutions


• Working knowledge of treasury management systems such as SAP, (FIS) Quantum, Integrity, Trax), ION (Reval, IT2) Bellin, Kyriba, GTreasury


• Ability to think strategically and innovatively and execute on ideas


• Previous experience of managing and coaching (junior) colleagues


• Team player with ambition to form part of a smaller team and contribute towards growth


• Willingness to travel


• A masters degree and preferably relevant designations such as AMCT, CFA


• Swiss resident or Swiss permit preferable
