What you achieve

You make it all come together: driven by your enthusiasm, you collaborate with other scrum masters and product owners to enable cross-departmental cooperation. Using your experience in agile environments, you support the team in daily reflecting on and optimizing tasks and processes. At the same time, you make sure that they can work in peace and focus on the essentials.



You are responsible for the team-specific implementation according to Scrum and are committed to advancing the status quo. Maximum benefit and optimization is what you strive for at all times. You orchestrate according to SAFe and lead the rituals as facilitator in a varied and valuable way. Last but not least, you keep an eye on the topicality of the Scrum artefacts and visualize the team's progress.



With your communication skills, you ensure a targeted and timely flow of information and are an active part of the Scrum Master Community of Practice. You are constantly educating yourself so that your lean and agile mindset is always up-to-date.

Why you succeed

• Bachelor's degree (Uni/UAS) or similar degree in Technology


• Several years of experience as Scrum Master in agile software development projects


• Know-how on content-related topics of software teams


• Lean thinker by conviction


• Dynamic and assertive, able to apply agile principles


• Empathic personality with mediation skills


• Ability to establish a trusting relationship within the team


• Very good German and English, French a plus
