For the Thin Film Business of the Cicor Group, located at the production site Reinhardt Microtech AG in Wangs (CH), we are looking for a:

Senior Technologist (m/w)

Responsibilities:

• Developing processes and technologies for new Thin Film products


• Identifying and procuring state-of-the-art Thin Film  process equipment


• Maintaining and expanding a leading position of our Thin Film technology


• Managing Projects and supporting the Thin Film production line


• Demonstrating a cost-conscious and manufacturing oriented approach to technical solutions


• Working in interdisciplinary teams with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales


• Presenting technical content to Customers at workshops, conferences and trade shows


• Cooperation  with engineers in other Cicor sites


• Reporting to Technology Manager

Your Profile:

• Degree in Electronics, Natural Sciences, Engineering or demonstrated equivalent experience


• Working for several years in Thin Film, PCB, Microelectronics or Semiconductor industry


• Knowhow of Thin Film Processes  such as Lithography, Vacuum Deposition, Electroplating and Etching


• Experience and ability to transfer Customer requirements into technical concepts


• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and with international cross-company teams


• Excellent verbal and written communication, inter-personal and presentation skills


• Language skills: English & German fluent.
