Project Manager - Business Partner Approach (m/w) - 12 months

Duties


  • Execute and support change process of sales and service organization within the Business Area Die Casting to meet business growth targets

  • Complete and consolidate gap analysis of sales & service development program

  • Prepare an implementation plan globally & regionally for a successful introduction of the program (time, resources, money)

  • Execute defined actions (on an operative level) in cooperation with global sales and service team members (implementation of tools, trainings etc.). Group / structure topics in the region with the local colleagues and come up with a proposal for the regional action plan

  • Coach market organization in new processes to enable a successful program introduction

  • Execute aligned implementation plan in the regions together with the local organization incl. local marketing
Qualifications


  • Studies in the field of business administration HF/FH with specialization in Marketing and/or Dipl. Marketing Manager HF, or project management education with strong marketing background

  • Conceptual and strategic skills while being very hands-on at the same time

  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Fluent in German and English in its written and spoken forms, further languages are advantages

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

  • Ability to work independently and drive things consequentially and successfully forward

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and people winning personality

  • Flexible, adaptable and assertive

  • Readiness to travel worldwide up to 20%
