Roche Pharma Switzerland is an important partner in the Swiss healthcare system and covers marketing & sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access, reimbursement and quality assurance for Roche medicines in Switzerland. Roche Pharmaceuticals Switzerland has been based in Reinach, BL since 1992 and has around 170 employees.  

To reinforce our Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA) department, we are looking for an assistant who can support the department during our move to Basel.

In this position you will ensure

• Support the DRA department of the Swiss affiliate to get ready for the move to Basel by
  
  
  
  • Reorganizing the archive
  
  
  • Digitalizing the ongoing projects
  
  

• Support the DRA department of the Swiss affiliate to implement the new therapeutic product act by
  
  
  
  • Coordinating the creation and publishing of all prescribing information in Italian (with external translation office)
  
  
  • Coordinating and executing the transfer of all prescribing and patient information into new Swissmedic template
  
  


• Further projects according to experience and capacity

Requirements:

We are looking for a person with a strong “can-do-attitude” and a positive mindset that will support our team during this intensive phase.

In addition, you bring:

• Preferably experience in regulatory affairs and document management.


• Commercial education or equivalent or university degree


• Good communicator with ability to prioritize according to timelines and business needs


• Out of the box thinking approach


• Fluency in German and English, language skills in French and Italian are an asset
