In this role, you will be accountable to act according the Roche corporate principles, directives and guidelines, as well as demonstrating the company's core values in your daily activities. As a member of the global product and supply chain organization, you will actively contribute to the realization of its overall strategy and purpose.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Ensure that products are delivered in quality, on time and in a compliant way


• Administer effective running of order, distribution and logistics operations


• Issue and prepare timely transfer of products, documents and information. Coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient pick/pack and shipping of products


• Act as single point of contact towards Demand Planning, Affiliate Replenishment Coordinators and/or Logistics Managers for a defined portfolio of countries; Act as single point of contact towards Master Production Schedulers, Order Fulfillment, Supply Planner, Quality for a defined portfolio of products.


• Execute approved working procedures to fulfill customer and regulatory requirements


• Support and contribute to realization of objectives, projects and improvement initiatives;

We are looking for the following qualification:

• University Degree or professional education/commercial apprenticeship


• Practical knowledge in import, export, trading or logistics management


• Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Process Management skills


• Minimum 3 years of customer focused experience in supply chain operations and experience in global business environment


• Experiences with sales and distribution processes and ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).

You have strong strong communication and negotiation skills and you are fluent in English and German. You bring stakeholder management skills and you are customer orientated. You are able to maintain focus in a complex, ambiguous environment.
