Our unit Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS), based in Zürich-Oerlikon, is active in the development and production of gas insulated switching systems. We ensure the high reliability of our systems by using state-of-the-art development tools and methods. Do you combine finely honed organizational skills with the capacity to manage a wide range of Troubleshooting cases? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. We are looking to appoint a Troubleshooter with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly and respond to faults and new circumstances in a flexible manner while never losing sight of relevant technical details.

Aufgaben :


- Process Troubleshooting cases relating to gas-insulated switchgear
- Work in close collaboration with customers and other departments to rectify faults and errors, thereby ensuring fast and effective solutions
- Manage organizational aspects and coordinate on-site inspections and solution implementation
- Establish and maintain internal and external customer relationships
- Oversee full range of activities during the Troubleshooting case from the incident through to the point of warranty expiry, in addition to ensuring that necessary action plans are executed in a timely manner


Anforderungen:


- Solid technical qualifications (Electrical Engineering/Mechanics), complemented by training in a commercial discipline and experience in project management, sales, and order processing
- Knowledge in SAP would be a plus
- Solid command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Well-developed negotiating and communication skills
- Willingness to contribute to occasional on-call service
