As a Controller, you will be responsible to support BU Management and BU Controlling with detailed financial analysis and financial project information. Keep close contact and cooperation with GPG and LPG Controllers within the BU to ensure timely updating and adequate quality of required business and project information.

Aufgaben :


• Prepare and distribute the financial data from Analyzer, ensuring accuracy and quality reporting prepare Adhoc analysis on KPI performances at BU, GPG and country level
• Prepare and distribute the estimate data from Atlas, including follow-up with GPGs for missing LPGs and reporting errors. prepare a waterfall analysis of all major KPIs
• Support the budget process in the BU and GPG
• Prepare the target and budget spreadsheets. work closely with GPG Controllers and LPG Controllers
• Assist in preparing the monthly ZCPG presentation to the BU and the BU presentation to the Division, consolidate all the inputs required for the monthly presentation
• Prepare an overview of Key performance indicators, collect key information such as Risk & Opportunities, Early Warnings, cash flow per project from the LPG’s
• Prepare financial overview/presentations as needed for other presentations (e.g. CEO Review)
• Participate in the BU management meeting (if requested), attend (if possible) monthly GPG and LPG Review – Taking MoM, tracking KPIs, following up after review with PG Managers and LPG’s
• Review and analyze on a monthly basis the cost recorded in BU cost centers (CHAMS)


Anforderungen:


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies or a related field
• Ideally previous experience in finance, accounting, controlling (USGAAP, ABACUS knowledge) and experience in a project environment, such as controller or project controller who has been working for 2-3 years in one of the Local Business Unit
• You must have Analytical thinking as well as problem-solving skills along with good understanding of complex processes
• Customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills and intercultural awareness with good computer skills
• Fluency in English both written and verbal is required
