We are currently looking for a  Procurement Executive Assistant . In this position, you will give high-quality and proactive support to the Procurement Hub Head in Panama and ad hoc support to other senior managers. You will also have multiple interactions and contacts with the Markets in the Zone Americas as well as within the Nestlé Group.

Key responsibilities?



  • Actively manage the line manager’s agenda.

  • Make travel arrangements in line with the Nestlé Policy including visa applications and expenses.

  • Assist in preparing documents for management meetings.

  • Be the point of contact, organize and coordinate activities for the zone AMS within Procurement.

  • Assist in the preparation of other internal and external meetings, workshops and team events.

  • General administrative tasks such as updating organization charts, access rights to drive/library, etc.

  • Provide support to the Procurement Hub Manager with the day-to-day tasks.

  • Back-up of the other assistants during their vacation and other absences.


What are we looking for?

  • Confirmed experience (2 to 4 years) as a Team Assistant within an international company.

  • Ability to work in a multinational & complex environment.

  • Excellent command of MS Office applications and SAP.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, any additional language would be a plus.

  • Excellent organizing skills and proactive cooperation.
