Head Market Support Group pH Lab (m/f)

The main task of this position is to lead and manage the Swiss Market Support Group (MSG) but also to lead the Competence and Support Center (CSC) globally.

Your responsibility

• You will lead the MSG Group in Switzerland and manage the CSC Teams in Poland and India to drive ahead the expansion and continuous improvement of pH CSC world-wide


• You will be responsible for driving the service strategy at the Strategic Business Unit pH Lab and participate in different R&D projects


• The collection and distribution of quality reports for pH Lab into the organization but also the creation and maintenance of service parts and documentation will also be a part of your tasks


• Furthermore you will oversee the development, plan, trainee assessment and overall execution of pH Lab trainings


• A further interesting task is the collaboration with the teams in Poland, India and China and to be a member in the pH Lab Leadership Team

Your profile 

• You will work in a matrix organization with the R&D and producing units in Switzerland and China but also with several competence centers within different Divisions and other group functions


• Bachelor or Master Degree in natural science like Electrochemistry, Biochemistry etc.


• Several years of experience in industrial product development gained in an international matrix driven company and good understanding about analytical laboratory is a must


• Strong leadership skills, able and experienced in leading teams across different locations and able to motivate and drive people to high performance


• A goal-oriented and strong-minded personality with empathy, humor and business acumen combined with an analytical, structured and fact-based approach


• We require professional communication skills in English preferably also in German, other languages are a plus


• Willingness to travel about 15-20%
