DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst - Records and Documents Management (eComms) for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.
You will be working in the Records and Documents Management IT team that is managing the memory of our client: maintaining 40+ archives around the globe also responsible for the scanning and capturing solutions of the bank. The project focuses on eComms archiving (emails, IMs, SMSs, attachments) migration from one system to another and on repointing the data streams from the existing to the new system.
Requirements
Strong BA/analysis skills with technical background
Data migration projects (this is the most important aspect) (the data will be migrated from 2 systems to a new, single target system)
eComms communication lifecycle (e.g. how the email communication looks like from an end to end perspective)
Several years of experience in banking, finance or insurance sector
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
Being passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
Experience with Jira, Confluence
Fluent verbal and written English mandatory
Fluent German is a plus
