You provide high-quality support to our demanding customers for international and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring that Sensirion remains a top provider of innovative sensor solutions.Your colleague, Michele (Key Account Manager), describes their day-to-day work below.

What are the specific tasks?

I have a strong relationship with our global customers and oversee projects. In order to offer customers excellent support, it essential to work closely with the product management, development and production teams. Another aspect is the commercial side. This includes contract and price negotiations as well as the cultivation of customer relationships. In addition to supporting customers, I develop marketing strategies based on a good understanding of the market. This allows us to integrate our products into new applications and win new customers.

What are the daily challenges?

To meet customer needs, I not only have to be familiar with the market, the customer and their culture; I also require in-depth technical knowledge to confidently implement customer requests together with our development team.
