Inspiring us to create warm and sophisticated experiences for those seeking a richer perspective on the world.Each of our hotels cultivates a distinctive style and ambience where we embrace every opportunity to give our guests a personal and enriching experience.If you'd like to embrace a wider world of experiences and opportunities, we'd like to welcome you to the world's most international luxury hotel brand.The avant-garde InterContinental Geneva embodies the refreshing, elevated perspective on luxury art de vivre in the world’s City of Peace.We are seeking for two positions to complete our kitchen team.Join us as a Lebanese Chef M/F .Your day to dayFor this key position, reporting to the Head Chef, your main duties will be :• Create and promote Lebanese/oriental dishes for our restaurant “Poolside” • Initiate the kitchen staff into an “oriental culinary culture”• Refer and report to the Head Chef for all kitchen matters• Ensure an excellent quality of service to maintain a high guest satisfaction• Respond to any guest needs thanks to your perfect knowledge of the oriental cultureWhat we need from youWith a higher degree of education in Culinary Arts, you have a 3 to 5 year-experience within oriental restaurants and have a perfect command of Lebanese/Arabic cuisine.You speak Arabic and have good knowledge in English or in French.Flexible, creative and innovative, you know how to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. With an excellent team spirit, you are acknowledged for your passion and the accuracy you put when you cook. Results and quality oriented, you aim to provide the best service possible for the guest satisfaction.
