For our HR Department in Lausanne we are looking for an:

HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES COVER THE FOLLOWING:

• Conduct change management activities as part of a major HR transformation project


• Propose improvements / outcome to Head of HR


• Coordinate the implementation of changes with the HR team


• Adapt / translate all forms, guide books


• Prepare training material for line managers and employees


• Organizes trainings for all relevant parties


• Set up Employer Branding planning & activities such as


• University engagement


• Social media campaigns


• Employer rankings


• Prepare and support action planning as part of a major employee satisfaction survey 


• Support Sen. HR Business Partner on change management and employee engagement activities


• Supports the compensation / payroll team on ad hoc performing analysis

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree (focus on management, human resources business administration)


• Conceptual & analytical skills


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and great team player


• Good knowledge of MS office tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word


• Proficiency in written and spoken English; German and/or French being a considerable asset
