As the Business Process Manager for Operations Finance you are part of the Diagnostics Business Process Organization Finance. In this role, you will be responsible in the area of Operations Finance for the continuous global harmonization, standardization and automation of Operations Finance processes including global deployments. You will work in close collaboration with partners from Finance, Procurement, Production, Quality and IT, both, divisional & cross divisional.
Governance of all Operations Finance Processes for the existing template implemented in all Operations sites (covering financial impacts of Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Direct Procurement and Quality Control processes)
Design of new concepts, processes and tools for the exiting template
Support of various global, local and cross-divisional projects
Close cooperation with all meaningful partners in Finance and Operations, namely the Diagnostics Finance organization, the Shared Service Center as well as with other GBPOs and GBPMs (Group and Pharma) to ensure cross-divisional alignment
This role will require a business-focussed mindset, a broad knowledge of Operations Finance business processes and their translation into IT Systems (such as SAP ERP / S4HANA and SAP BI), partner management skills, analytical thinking, as well as good capabilities as a presenter and facilitator.
You have a degree in Business, Finance, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance. Additional you bring Business Process Management skills.
Excellent analytical and prioritization skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision-making
Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and partner communities
Experience in Financial Accounting and related systems
Exceptional organizational skills and time management, ability to priorities multiple tasks and goals to ensure timely and high quality accomplishment of such
Strong presentations skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English
