Mission

To complete our IT Platform team we are looking for a System Engineer with 5 years of experience in a large scale and complex environments with multiples sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement new systems/infrastructures and assume operational duties


• Take care of services migration to Cloud platforms (VMWare and OpenStack)


• Ensure follow-up with providers and partners


• Produce dashboards


• Participate in follow-up meetings with Project Managers and stakeholders


• Be able to handle small projects on his own


• Provide documentation on systems (service manual) using ITIL standards. Communicate and train IT teams on these systems.


• Handle 1st to 3rd level support (incidents, requests) with end-users according to SLA


• Monitor systems via monitoring tools. Anticipate issues and provide solutions.


• Perform structured technology watch with proper documented reporting to improve the global service level and added-value for the business


• Identify needs: IT needs such as regular health check, monitoring improvement, security improvement, upgrade to new versions or new technologies, etc. as well as needs from end-users outside IT


• Share your knowledge with less experienced people

Requirements

• System engineer with 5 years solid proven experience in IT systems

• MCA certification - Windows Server are a plus
