We are looking to hire a Lead Organizational Design for leading and managing the company’s transformation projects with a focus on change management, the optimization of the organization’s design and operating models, as well as the development of process standardization.
Responsibilities
• Development of creative and high-quality solutions in the design of Target Operating Models and derivation of organizational structures from the business strategy.
• Responsible for creating the blueprint for the organisation to move from the Current Operating Model onto the Target Operating Model.
• Design and deliver a change management and communication concept to ensure a successful transformation.
• To ensure key project deliverables including interdependency management such as risks, quality control, benefits realisation, reporting and other aspects following best practice.
• To ensure appropriate links with other initiatives and ensure that appropriate ownership is taken of risks and dependencies between projects is identified and managed appropriately.
• Lead, guide and support multiple work stream leads through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability
• Analyse data, evaluate results, and develop recommendations and road maps across multiple work streams
• Provide high quality reporting to Top Management, ensuring a “single source of truth” on the progress of each initiative
Qualifications
• Exceptional Project Management skills with strong focus on execution
• Superior knowledge of business processes
• Superior communication skills to interact effectively with employees on all levels of the organization to identify and resolve issues
• Familiarity with Project Management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience in managing and transformational projects
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Economics
• At least 5 years’ experience in the field of Project Management and Organizational Design in an international environment
