If you answered yes to these questions, then the Security Integration Engineer might be the role for you!


 


This role is positioned within the Manage Security Services (MSS) Onboarding organization and will expose you to a number of customer engagements across customer industries, locations, and solution areas (e.g. IT Operations, Security & Compliance, or Business Analytics / IoT). What’s consistent is that you will be called upon to make deep impact across the customer’s business, and expand Kudelski’s reach within the account.


Responsibilities



  • Work closely with members of the Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery Teams to examine and understand customer requirements as well as design, build, and expand on existing solutions to solve challenging customer problems.



  • Demonstrate previous experiences, share standard methodologies, and build creative solutions to push user adoption and maximize the value of MSSP services. 



  • Provide support where appropriate to help customers to solve the next wave of questions on their own. 



  • Deploy and configure solutions to help our clients effectively manage security threats and risks. 



  • Get and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services portfolio, as well as integration skills. 



  • Review and assess architecture specifications and design. 



  • Identify and define system security requirements. 



  • Implementation and deploy MSS Security Solutions based on a signed Statement of Work (SOW). 



  • Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices.

  • Understand our clients’ business and provide technical guidance.

  • Passionate about Cybersecurity and how it helps clients grow their business’ securely, with a strong knowledge in network and/or endpoint security solutions


 



  • Have a strong customer orientation and work to find the right solution for the client and their environment where-ever the customer is based


 



  • Are self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and master new technologies and thrive in an exciting environment.


 



  • Able to collaborate with, listen to and talk with technical and non-technical clients from IT administrators to executive level clients


 



  • Well organized, good a prioritizing and motivated by working with tight time-lines and in high pressure situations to deliver the best solution for the client


 



  • A quick learner who is curious about security topics and is self-educating


 



  • Have a strong developer skillset


 



  • Open to travel – up to 25% as needed


 


 


You have:


 



  • A bachelor’s in computer science, Networking, Information Technology or equivalent experience 



  • A minimum of 5 years successful experience as a Network Engineer or Security Engineer, with at least 2 years’ client facing experience. 



  • 3 years’ experience with deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of SIEM appliances, Firewalls, or other security HW and SW platforms. 



  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: SIEM (Splunk, Logrhythm, QRADAR, McAfee ESM), NGFW/UTM (Palo Alto, Fortinet), IDS/IPS (Cisco), WAF (F5), Endpoint Protection, AV. 



  • Experience working with monitoring devices such, network and host-based intrusion detection systems, web applications, AV, WAF, Proxy and operating system logs 



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



  • Dynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong team player, yet able to take initiatives and autonomous.

  • Capability to work on several tasks in parallel with multiple interfaces.

  • Ability to become certified in vendor products and gain other security certifications, such CISSP/CISM/ITIL. 



  • Previously built up and led a brilliantly successful team of highly skilled experts and want to rise to challenge of doing that again 



  • A proven ability of leveraging the different strengths of your team to find solutions in complex situations in managed services operations, incident response and delivery 



  • Acquired an in-depth understanding of the security managed services 



  • Fluent English, French/German are an asset
