Mission


Kudelski Security is reinforcing its Project Management Team with a focus on improving the activities management, the reporting and the forecasts. Within this fast-moving organization, the Project Manager is in charge of the successful execution of our Cybersecurity Projects and activities. To fulfil their mandate, the Project Manager will transversally coordinate the different technical activities that constitute the services and ensures on time/on budget/on spec deliveries to our external customers. (S)He is also the privileged technical point of contact vis-à-vis his/her assigned customers and ensures that Kudelski Security remains a comprehensive security provider for customers.


Responsibilities



  • Manages the activities acting as a central point between the Sales, Presales and Delivery teams to keep activities synchronized and reporting coherent.

  • Ensure that the recurrent reporting data are up-to-date and trustable



  • Organize and manage the delivery of security projects. Provide feedback and adjustments to the cybersecurity operations teams according to the defined scope of the project and the customer’s expectations.

  • Ensure cybersecurity projects are executed as planned, on time/on budget/on spec and remove roadblocks.

  • Provide timely reporting on the expected and on-going project status.

  • Resolve priority conflicts, including setting priorities, in order to maximize the successful delivery of the projects.

  • Manage the project risks in collaboration with technical teams in order to minimize the residual risks.



  • Help improving and optimizing the communication of the PMO on past, present and forecasted project revenue



  • Help the EMEA Delivery to lead the definition and application of standard solutions for project management to ensure harmonized practices in the EMEA delivery team.



  • Participate to regular controlling activities to ensure that best practices are applied in the EMEA delivery team.



  • Ensure cybersecurity projects industrialization and repeatability.

  • Ensure the coherence and the excellent quality of Kudelski Security deliveries by performing and supporting reviews and proposing adequate process modifications when necessary.


Requirements / Profile


Experience & Background:



  • Minimum 5 years in Project Management domain, three years’ experience in a large IT or Technology organization ideally in a PMO or Operations team

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international, multi-cultural business environment

  • Has a deep technical understanding of the projects (s)he manages and can adapt his/her communication to technical people as well as senior management.

  • Management by influence of technical and non-technical teams, with concurrent exposure to customer’s senior management and technical experts

  • Proven success record of complex project management with a deep understanding of technical details as well as of business implications

  • Although not mandatory, a previous IT Security position or proven experience in the field of IT security would be a strong asset

  • Capacity to understand the need of the business in terms of expected EMEA Delivery results and performance, and then translate this need in activities to provide the business with the necessary visibility


Qualifications:



  • Advanced university degree (Master+) in technology/computer science or another university degree with proven experience in IT and technology

  • Prince/PMP/Hermes or other Project Management certification is a strong asset

  • A clear understanding of sales-to-cash processes and basic accounting principles are critical for this position. This position will have to participate in the regular reporting of results and forecasting of revenues across the project portfolio.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills is mandatory

  • CISSP/CISM and other security certifications are a plus but are not mandatory

Mobility / travel:



  • This position usually requires between 10% to 30% travel time in Switzerland and Europe.


Languages:  



  • English and French are essential.

  • German would be a nice to have.
