We're looking for a Strategic Assistant to join us in Zurich.

• This is an exciting opportunity for Graduates with less than 5 years working experience, or experienced professionals as returners/part-time

What you'll do

The role owner supports the department heads in elaborating the service portfolio and business development plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Translate IT strategy, service proposition and business development plans into stories


• Support the Head IT Services and Head Solution Design & Delivery in managing their roadmaps


• Facilitate team building, town halls and workshops

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a background in Marketing, Consulting or Business Engineering in the financial and/or technology industry. You'll need to have experience in translation of multidimensional topics into simple pictures and a good understanding of the financial industry challenges and new technology trends.

We’ll also look to you to demonstrate:

• Ability to interact confidently at senior management level, providing practical and pro-active guidance and support


• A proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative


• Fast thinking and precise in details


• Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, with focus on PowerPoint, Word and Excel


• C-Level PowerPoint presentations


• Fluent in English and German
