Team Assistant - Global Growth

Your responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Senior Director Growth Strategy and other Senior Growth Leaders which includes the preparation and routing of documents, preparing presentations, arranging complex global travels including visas, meeting planning, expense reports, preparing and managing purchase orders, tracking budgets
Schedule appointments and manage calendars, schedule group meetings, off-site events and travel reservations
Juggle a number of competing tasks and work well under pressure and a sometimes stressful environment to identify department and company priorities and anticipate managers’ needs in adjusting priorities and scheduling to meet such priorities
Work on special projects as requested
Daily contact with organization across multiple time zones
Qualifications
To be successful in this position we would need you to have:
Prior experience as assistant or equivalent experience, including experience in relevant types of systems (e.g. Concur, Coupa, or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills including the ability to express ideas in a clear and concise way
Proficient in English, written and verbal
Knowledge of German would be an advantage
High work ethic and strong problem solving orientation, as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills
International experience (working abroad or at least in an international environment)
Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Experience in supporting executives would be an asset
