What's the role?


In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping Hilti’s asset management software solution through a thorough understanding of customer business processes. You will work with a team of product owners to jointly create the best-in-class asset management solution. Located at the headquarters in Liechtenstein, in a diverse and international team set-up, you are going to have frequent interactions with lead customers, close collaboration with our market organisations globally and other business units.

What does the role involve?


In this role, you will identify and define customer needs and pain points related to managing assets in the field of the construction industry. Moreover, you will monitor and evaluate the market environment to define market potential, key applications, customers’ needs and competitors’ moves.
Based on your findings, you will derive requirements and drive specification of software features as per Hilti’s innovation process working jointly with solution development. The role includes ensuring clear customer communication of improvements and new features, and the interaction with Hilti market organizations globally to achieve outstanding business results.

What you need is:



  • A master’s degree, preferably in engineering or business administration

  • Experience working in a construction company in various field functions

  • Hands-on experience from the field with multiple business processes like managing tools and equipment, documentation, asset maintenance, health and safety topics, etc.

  • Have a genuine interest and affinity for technology and digitalization

  • Ability to uncover customer pain points and needs into solution requirements

  • Willingness to travel

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), additional languages, in particular German are beneficial
