Kitchen Steward - Temporary

Position based in Bluche.

We are now seeking a Kitchen Steward.

Purpose

The Kitchen Steward ensures the delivery of the highest sanitation standards in the kitchen and food preparation.  

Key responsibilities

• Organizing, cleaning and maintaining working premises and kitchen equipment.


• Storing all cleaned articles in the correct area.


• Washing kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with that all hygiene procedures and standards established by the School.


• Ensuring all access and traffic areas are clear and clean.


• Using cleaning products and machines according to technical requirements.


• Ensuring proper management and transport of waste.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Mandatory education.


• 6-month experience in a similar role.


• Languages: French (mandatory) and English (a plus).


• Self-organisation.


• Quality orientation and strong attention to detail. 


• Customer orientation. 


• Driving licence (a plus).
