Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the European marketing strategy for the Infection Prevention portfolio as a part of the European BDI (BD Interventional)-Surgery synergy.
You will work closely with the country teams to execute the marketing strategies/activities at a local country level as well as working with the Worldwide Platform in BDI. A key component will be a market by market understanding of the reimbursement, channel strategy, and stakeholder influence. You will also work closely with local sales managers and BioSurgery marketing manager counterpart to define the best go-to-market strategy and related tactical execution.
You will focus on the development needs of the region aligned to the Worldwide strategy. You will have the opportunity to build out a direct marketing team as the business scale and needs grow.
