Job Description


As an intern in the EU marketing team you will be part of a team developing and implementing a digital platform for internal communications. The team will have ambitious targets in enabling efficient collaboration across 58 countries. You will be expected to lead sub-projects including managing part of the digital assets and developing a communication strategy for the deployment of the assets. At times additional projects can be assigned to ensure that you get a broader experience of the regional marketing team accountabilities.

The program includes a 2-week introduction period where you will meet the team and functions that you will be working with. At the end of the program you are expected to present a performance review and insights on your personal capability development during the program to the marketing leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead sub-projects for the digital platform for internal communication with 58 countries
- Define a structured process for ensuring efficient content updates of the platform and manage this process in close collaboration with the MS Brand teams. Be responsible for evaluating this process and for suggesting and implementing actions to make this process more efficient
- Lead the tracking of country engagements with the platform and perform analysis of this data as well as of qualitative feedback from the countries to evaluate the platform and suggest actions for improvement
- Support the development of key MS marketing programs as assigned

Education


- Master’s degree in Marketing or Sciences with further experience in Business or Marketing
