PROGRAM MANAGER IS/IT ROADMAP

Temporary Contract / Mission for 12 months

 

Reporting to the Senior Director IT Nestlé Skin Healt, the Program Manager IS/IT roadmap will be responsible for leading and ensuring the successful execution of the IS/IT roadmap, and of its main component the M3 upgrade project, delivered on time and budget with the expected level of quality.

In this mission, you will be:

• Project manage the Delivery of IS/IT project by managing the time, budgets, quality, scope and risks.


• Ensure cross teams coordination, the Project Manager is the single point of contact concerning his/her projects. Provide regular feedback on project (steering and operational committees).


• Communicates to, engages, challenges and convinces  partners internally and externally at mid to senior Management level, and understands stakeholders needs.


• Communicate & work with managers and business leads for resources assigned to his/her projects. Coach and develop project team members, and ensure their involvement in the project.


• Ensure project deliverables and quality working with the solution teams & Testing teams to test and validate the proposed developments/ improvements for the implementation.


• Ensure the handover of project to the IS support organization.

 

Desired Profile:

• A Business Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering or relevant area of studies/ A Master Degree is an asset.


• Project Management training; PMI certification or equivalent is preferred.


• 10 years experience as a minimum as Project or Program Manager for international and industrial companies.


• A solid experience of the pharmaceutical, bio-technology, or medical devices industry is an asset.


• A good pharmaceutical industry knowledge is an asset.


• Fluent in English/ Another language is an asset.
