Your role

• Lead the architecture design of the ecosystem. Evaluate different options of architecture, as well as solutions from external partners


• Involve in the workflow optimization, proactively provide new ideas and check feasibility


• Lead and participate in the software development


• Test and assess the functionalities


• Develop and optimize the data acquisition and analysis processes


• Plan and establish test workflows and control


• Lead and drive the progress of work packages. Analyze and deliver the results


• Continuous optimize systems performance and robustness


• Closely collaborate with all our interdisciplinary teams, internal stakeholders and external partners, to improve system design and performance

Your profile

• Solid experience in software development, architecture design, digitalization, database and/or cloud applications


• Master in software engineering, computer science or other related engineering area


• Further business education is a plus


• Experience in leading inter-discipline project or project management. Experience in Scrum environment is a plus


• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment with interfaces to other R&D teams and other stakeholders, e.g. operation, customer support, business area, etc.


• Proactive attitude to explore new applications, verify feasibility and put in implementation


• English: Advanced - German: Advanced


• Strong skills in development language, e.g. Java, C++, C#, SQL


• Experience in data analytics, familiar with one or several data analytic tools (e.g. Matlab, Python, R), good programming skills and automatizing analysis
