General Purpose: 


Responsible for providing support to the business clients and the Site HRBP with respect to all Flex Human Resource related activities in order to support the growth and profitability of the organization.


 


Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…


 



  • HR Business Partnering for a dedicated population.

  • Talent acquisition responsibility and enabling a seamless onboarding experience allowing insight to the Flex goals and culture.

  • Managing the whole employee Life cycle (main focus: solid on- & offboarding, reference & disciplinary letters as well as exit interviews).

  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships within all employee levels.

  • Counsel management on policy interpretation including any potential risks. Advise and investigate (when applicable) in regard to the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Assists in the documentation/administrationof the disciplinary procedure.

  • Administer performance appraisal, employee recognition and compensation programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.

  • Responsibility for temporary worker management (including recruitment activities and agency cooperations).

  • Partner with corporate HR COE teams to cascade communications approved by them to ensure all employee levels receive the information on various corporate programs, policies and initiatives.

  • Coordinate and communicate various training requirements.

  • Be an employee advocate and assist with any workplace concerns or HR related programs.

  • Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required.

  • Monitor CSER requirements, complete periodic audits and drive initiatives throughout the site in collaboration with environmental health and safety team.

  • Direct reporting line to the Head of HR in Switzerland.


 


 Here is some of what you’ll need…


 



  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, profound labor law knowledge in Switzerland

  • In ideal case, having the degree: “eidg. Personalfachfrau / -mann”

  • Multinational company background in a global environment

  • Experience with Training & Development topics as well as HR admin responsibilities and recruiting projects

  • Convincing communication skills

  • Relationship building skills with relevant stakeholders

  • Ability for navigating through a huge global framework and being able to set the right priorities

  • Interest for growing and professional development

  • Desire for proactively shaping the corporate culture in Switzerland

  • Outgoing personality with the courage of questioning the status-quo

  • Resistant mentality with a growth mindset

  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
