Job Description and Responsibilities

• Invoice review, validation and processing through OnBase and Oracle Financials


• Travel & business expense analysis, verification and processing


• Direct debits and standing orders setup and controlling


• Responsible for supplier and bank account set up


• Interaction with suppliers (problem management, negotiation of terms)


• Responsible for petty cash


• Miscellaneous projects such as create and update policies and process manuals

Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship with further training in Accounting (Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen) as a plus


• At least 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable


• Experience with Oracle Financials and/or SAP


• Very good command of written and spoken English and German. French as a plus.


• Proficient handling of MS-Office, expert in Excel
