drive the roadmap and strategy for Infrastructure security compliance products in UBS, in collaboration with the service manager, Security Architects and Chief Technical Officers.
transition our product set from a legacy approach of identification and reporting of non-compliance from security standards, to ‘secure by design’, where security configuration standards are actively enforced through automation and configuration drift prevented.
actively improve the functionality of the products within the Bank’s environment through engagement with key stakeholders to capture and appropriately prioritise requests for change.
maintain sourcing & management of internal parties and external vendors for applicable infrastructure security compliance products and services.
maintain awareness of the current cyber threat landscape in order to make recommendations on how to more efficiently prevent exploits through the misconfiguration of infrastructure platforms.

Your team:
You’ll be working in Cyber Security Services alongside other Service and Product Managers that cover the infrastructure security compliance domain. This job will require you to work closely with senior Service Line managers, Architects, Information Security Officers, IT Development and support teams to drive all aspects of product lifecycle, for existing products in the Infrastructure Compliance Validation portfolio, as well as new products that will be brought into the Bank’s environment.
Your expertise:
You have:
At least 5 years' experience in Technology
Solid experience and technical understanding of infrastructure security compliance and enterprise configuration management solutions.
Good knowledge of the Azure security capabilities and other cloud environments
Experience in the enterprise deployment and support of security solutions
Experience working in heavily regulated environments, preferably in the finance sector
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and technical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You are:
An excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills tailored to your audience
Able to manage senior stakeholder expectations with a keen sense of what is realistic and achievable in a large, complex environment
Proactive, able to work within an team and also be a self-starter
Able to take personal ownership for issues and drive remediation, with excellent problem analysis skills and solution synthesis
