Your role:

– perform electronic communication controls and ongoing review of alerts flagged by the monitoring system
– investigate and close out the alerts in a timely manner, making sure issues identified are fully investigated and promptly escalated where necessary
– provide advice regarding controls, internal policies and local law
– keep procedure manuals and user guides up to date
– prepare periodic reports and assist with regulatory reporting and inspection, as well as audits
– participate in Monitoring, Surveillance & Controls (MS&C) stream initiatives where required

You will be working in the Employee Monitoring team in Zurich. We are a multicultural and multidisciplinary team that conducts automated controls on different facets of compliance misconduct. In our daily monitoring activity we utilize different analytic tools for the detection of findings.
Your expertise:
You have:
– 2 years operations, middle office, compliance, regulatory or audit experience
– proven record-keeping abilities and attention to details
– technology proficiency, including Excel
– good drafting skills
You are:
– a true team player
– a strong communicator
– proactive and able to work independently and disciplined
– fluent in English, French and German; any of the following languages is a plus: Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian
