The varied and diverse range of tasks includes, among others, the following areas:
–\tPlan and prepare topics and documents for various decision-making bodies and senior management committees
–\tOrganize and prepare meetings with regulators & auditors
–\tReview and extraction of relevant information for CRO GWM from various documents, such as Senior Management Reports & Minutes, Risk Reports, External & Internal Audit Reports and Regulatory Reports
–\tConduct BCM incl. Crisis Management
–\tManage Reputation Risk
–\tConduct Key Risk Taker Assessment
–\tHandle ad hoc requests of risk and regulatory issues
–\tSupport in Operational Risk Management or Policy tasks
–\tAdditionally, as needed, takeover general Business Manager / Risk Governance and Business Oversight & Controls tasks

You will collaborate with different stakeholders within Global Wealth Management, UBS Group as well Group Risk Control.
The position can be filled full-time or part-time (at least 70%).

You’ll be working in Zurich & Singapore based Risk Governance and Business Oversight & Controls team which is part of the Chief Administration Office (CAO), supporting the CRO GWM in his extensive mandate. We are a small, committed and dynamic team of professionals supporting the GWM business aligned Control Function.
Your expertise:
You have:
–\tExperience in Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, Risk Control or similar
–\tExperience in Project Management or Business Management is a plus
–\tA university degree (Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or similar
–\tExperience in a similar role (or are committed to a career / role change)
–\tThe ability to work independently and proactively in a competitive environment
–\tThe ability to collaborate well within the team and across teams / layers, you are a team player and like open dialogue and exchange
–\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate complex issues timely and clearly
You are:
–\tAnalytical and enjoy problem-solving
–\tFlexible and capable of prioritizing based on business demands
–\tTeam-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
–\tVery well organized
–\tAn excellent communicator and able to communicate effectively, including vis-à-vis Senior Management
