Your team:
We in Implementation Governance Group are passionate about making change better. We focus on successful execution of large change projects to the benefit of the bank. As experienced and trained professionals we are experts in delivery. We know the UBS standards and make project life easier for our clients. After joining the Change Execution Practice we will train you on our established PMO standards, processes and tools and then you will be assigned to one of the strategic programs. You will be instrumental in helping our clients to successfully drive change using our proven and well recognized approach.
Your expertise:
Bachelor degree in economics, finance or business administration
A systematic thinker with strong analytical and conceptual skills
A well-organized person with excellent communication ability
Consensus driven yet assertive to manage complex tasks to successful delivery
6 years+ experience in consulting or in a project / PMO role; preferably in a financial environment
Solid track record in managing a PMO team for a large scale program
Solid skills at MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English verbally and written, German is a plus
PMP or any other project management certification would be an asset
