Requirements: 

Adaptable and self-starting expert in Learning Management Systems with strong Business Analysis skills

Position Purpose:

• Is an expert in the usage of Learning Management Systems (including Cornerstone on Demand, SAP LSO and Saba Enterprise) and related tools and is responsible for supporting its successful operation and usage globally, including any further deployments.



• 
  
  Major Accountabilities:



• Provides support for the LMS and related tools.


• Delivers training to LMS administrators.


• Supports customers in analyzing their requirements to identify the right combination of systems, tools and services to support their learning campaigns.


• Supports / manages testing of new LMS functionality and upgrades.


• Maintains process documentation relating to the LMS and identifies ongoing incremental process improvements to support business / regulatory needs.


• Monitors the use of the LMS and related tools to drive effectiveness, including identifying and addressing risks and issues, and providing / monitoring reports from the system.

  Experience:



• Expert in Learning Management Systems, preferably with experience in a large enterprise.


• Strong knowledge of e-learning content types, including a technical aspect of e-Learning build and deployment e.g. SCORM / AICC, HTML5 etc.


• Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail and desire to provide an exceptional user/customer experience.


• Proven ability to generate and utilize reporting to perform business analysis.


• Able to effectively network and use influencing skills as part of a remote team and in a global, multicultural environment.


• Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills.


• Should have hands-on experience with MS-Office, collaboration and reporting tools.


• Knowledge of IT systems.


• Understanding of an adult learning concepts.
