The Passenger Services Operations division is responsible for providing operational care to Switzerland's status customers in the Service Center and Feedback Services divisions. The department is also responsible for customer satisfaction and the ongoing optimization of Passenger Service Handling.
In order to achieve this, continuous monitoring of performance and an analytical basis for assessing customer perception are required. The reporting analyst provides the data basis for monitoring of existing performance targets, monthly reports such as accruals and adhoc reports from the various data sources.
This position reports to the Head of Passenger Services and works very close with the Manager and Teamleader of feedback services and the analytic team of HE/OS. It is located in Basel at the SWISS headquarter.
