Reporting Analyst Passenger Services

Position description


The Passenger Services Operations division is responsible for providing operational care to Switzerland's status customers in the Service Center and Feedback Services divisions. The department is also responsible for customer satisfaction and the ongoing optimization of Passenger Service Handling.


In order to achieve this, continuous monitoring of performance and an analytical basis for assessing customer perception are required. The reporting analyst provides the data basis for monitoring of existing performance targets, monthly reports such as accruals and adhoc reports from the various data sources.


This position reports to the Head of Passenger Services and works very close with the Manager and Teamleader of feedback services and the analytic team of HE/OS. It is located in Basel at the SWISS headquarter.


Your Duties



  • Preparation of standard and adhoc reports with regard to performance, KPI achievement, costs etc for the departments Travel Competence Center and Feedback Competence Center

  • Preparation of reports which are used as the basis for budget compilation for both departments

  • Preparation of monthly accrual reports

  • Monitor and analyse performance by gathering relevant information required from various databases/reports

  • Compile and deliver appropriate reporting and analyses and derive relevant improvement measures

  • Ensure close collaboration and exchange with interfaces within Controlling and Analytics and the reporting colleagues of LH and OS within HE/OS

  • Participation in reporting projects groupwide

  • Prepare and hold presentations to serve as decision-making basis for superior and upper management

  • Ongoing monitoring of figures including actual/target comparison in close cooperation with the analytic team and the superior


Requirements



  • University degree or commercial education in the airline- or travel industry

  • Three years of experience in a reporting or controlling analyst role

  • Strong planning and organizing skills

  • Strong analytical skills, with high attention to details and data analytics interest

  • Work independently

  • Experienced at and willing to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Stress tolerance

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English

  • Willing to travel if necessary

  • Excellent knowledge for Microsoft office, power point, excel

CLA CH Temporary contract for 2 years
