  • A challenging Executive Assistant role supporting the Business Area (BA) Head in all administrative and organizational matters

  • Partner effectively with members of the BA Management Committee and COO to handle agendas, cover phone calls, understand priorities and facilitate last minute changes

  • Close collaboration with the Executive Assistant of the division head and other Executive Assistants within the division

  • Reception, prioritization and taking action of the Management Office’s e-mails and correspondence

  • Preparation and confirmation of internal and external meetings, committees, client visits and events (e.g. invitation, agenda, information pack, presentation, hard copy, minutes) in coordination with subject matter experts

  • Organization and management of business trips, travel arrangements, preparation of detailed itineraries, credit card arrangements for the team according to our policies and rules (GTMT, My T&E)

  • Audit of expenses and coordination of payments from start to finish in a timely fashion and in compliance with CS’s standards and practice

  • Maintenance of an efficient and institutionalized documentation, organization and classification of procedures and files for the Department (incl. process documentation, recordkeeping and archiving)

  • Take ownership of any administrative issues that arise from the day to day processes with a view to resolving these in a professional way


 


You Offer

 

  • Commercial education (Bank-KV) or equivalent with further training as Executive Assistant

  • Several years of working experience as Assistant on senior management level and solid understanding of corporate governance

  • Strong client orientation and clear strenghts in stakeholder management with internal and external interfaces

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills (ability to handle multiple tasks and handle conflicting priorities) and ability to work independently

  • You are structured, dedicated and you possess initiative to drive small projects and matters forward to resolution

  • Highly committed and strong teamplayer competences

  • You have an open and flexible minded personality with high quality standards in your day to day work

  • Advanced skills in MS Office

  • Very good English and German skills, Spanish and affinity to the Latin culture a strong advantage
