In this multi-faceted function, you will support the Central & Eastern Europe team, both in serving clients as well as supporting the team. Furthermore, you deputize for an ARM during her absences in another international market. You will be responsible for computing administrative and legal aspects relating to client accounts, handling transactional tasks, managing KYC matters as well as dealing with certain client enquiries. You will process stock orders and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Your broad range of tasks will also include managing client meetings as well as travel arrangements.
For this job, you will have at least three years of experience in a similar function in a Private Bank. Ideally, you have a higher education and knowledge of Avaloq would be an advantage. You like to work as a team member as well as autonomously. You have an aptitude to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service orientation towards our clients. You have full professional proficiency in English as well as very good language skills in German and Russian (written and spoken).
