Main duties

• Head of a team of 8-10 Application Engineers, Requirements Engineers and operational people in the area of Java Applications


• Technical leadership


• Responsible for the further development of the corresponding applications


• Active participation in software development and Application Management


• Active participation in setting tools and methods (Agile, DevOps)


• Resource planning, Stakeholder management, quality and risk management, reporting

Your profile

• University degree in the area of computer science


• At least 6 years working experience in a similar leading position


• Excellent leadership skills and profound and proven knowledge in: Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps, IT


• Strong customer focus


• Excellent analytical and conceptual reasoning skills and ability to pass on knowledge


• Very good verbal and written skills in German and English
