  • Your responsibilities


  • Organizing visits to customers in key markets


  • Representing Bachem at international exhibitions and conferences


  • Identifying new market opportunities and acquisition of new customers


  • Managing customer complaints


  • Supervising the entire Ordering process


  • Active participation in internal discussions regarding product and market development


  • Lead projects and represent the Generics team as a project team member


  • Preparation of complex documents for tender and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), as well as presentations to clients.



  • Your qualifications


  • Master or Bachelor degree in scientific or technology oriented field


  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical field


  • Excellent command of English and German, other Languages of advantage


  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems


  • Willingness to travel 20%
