For our Complaint Handling group at the European Headquarter, based in Winterthur (Switzerland),
we are looking for a


Complaint Handling Engineer TEMP


Your main responsibilities:


  • Updating existing Complaint Handling procedures to fulfill requirements according to the new Medical Device Regulation (MDR) in line with corporate guidance

  • Develop a concept/automated tool to simplify the process of performing Complaint Data Reports

  • Perform complaint data reports in accordance with Post Market Surveillance guidance

  • Perform and implement complaint data analysis reports of specific products for Risk Management purposes

  • Perform statistical analysis of complaint rates for specific products to determine whether corrective actions are needed

  • Support or perform evaluation, investigation and risk assessment for the complaint as required

  • Ensuring that complaint documentation is complete, comprehensible and conforms with the regulation requirements


Your Qualifications and Experience:


  • Technical Degree (Bachelor of Science or equivalent, preferably of a University of Applied Sciences) or apprenticeship with technical background

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Quality or Engineering Department

  • Experience in statistical techniques

  • Good communication and writing skills

  • Good analytical skills

  • Good command of English (C1) and German (C1) both verbal and written

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to work with individuals at all corporate levels and different cultures
