Your Responsibilities:
Job purpose
To deliver brand(s) sales, innovation sales, market share(s), brand contribution and profit, GrossMargin% and brand equity at least in line with plan
• Working with the cross functional team & agency network; discover (generate local insights), disrupt (implement/adapt and if necessary, create resp. localise assets) and deliver (execute brilliantly)
• To manage and deploy A&P spend with maximum ROI throughout entire marketing mix and with strong focus on digital in particular
• To be aware of category, brand and competitive landscape and performance and to lead response if
required: i) own the Brand Forecast in close collaboration with the Demand Planner to ensure supply "on time in full" and ii) drive the pipeline value and progress
• Aids best practice sharing of plans and initiatives with the brand team in Germany and Austria, to
enable efficiencies in planning and asset creation across the DACH country cluster
• To leverage and motivate the respective cross functional brand team
Key responsibilities
• Full P&L responsibility to deliver brand performance at least on plan
• Develop 3 year outlook and 1 year plans to deliver brand and equity growth plans appropriate to the brand's position on the prioritization matrix
• Work with the global teams & full cross functional local teams to access, adapt and implement the appropriate assets in market on time and to maximum efficacy including project managing (New Product Innovation; NPI) launches and activating communications
• To work with Sales, Finance, Demand/Supply and Expert individuals (e.g. Medical) to ensure a seamless, end to end brand program is being implemented
• To systematically review multiple data sources to track category, brand and competitor performances, proactively recommending course correction activities if required
• Key point of contact for agencies for the respective brand(s)
• To lead accurate and efficient budget deployment
• To input and shape the volume and value forecast for the respective brand(s)
• To share opportunities and best practice with Germany and Austria as part of the DACH country cluster

Why You?Basic qualifications:
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role/or a junior role
• Fluent in German and English
• Bachelor or Master in Business Economics/ Commercial Education
