Apparel Designer Technical Sportswear

(EN/DE, full-time)

Your main tasks

• Develop design concepts for the skiwear and golfwear collection based on the KJUS product direction


• Conduct active trend research and analysis (fairs, store checks, market and competitor analysis)


• Create designs for the skiwear and golfwear collection and category-related innovation projects (including illustrations, technical sketches, detail sketches, color concepts, color sketches and storyboards and complete tec-packs for development)


• Responsible to maintain design timeline and deliver specified design work (50 - 100% design meetings, tec-pack handover)


• Ensure that all allocated designs are always up to date


• Develop design for trims and graphics


• Create overviews and merchandising pages for design presentations


• Conduct design presentations in various internal and external meetings


• Close and day-to-day collaboration with product division manager, product development, pattern team, material development, innovation department

Your profile

• Completed studies in design (Bachelor/Master)


• 3 – 5 years of experience in a comparable function


• Profound know-how in designing functional and technical apparel with high affinity for fashion, lifestyle and premium products


• Creative, passionate, proactive and straightforward person who likes to work in a team but also self-dependently


• Structured and focused working style


• Able to work under pressure and to handle seasonal workload peaks


• Profound know-how in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign and familiarity with MS Office


• Very good communication skills in English and preferably German
