Since more than 15 years, Albis Optoelectronics develops, manufactures and sells photodiode and avalanche
photodiode chips for applications in optical fiber communication and sensing. Our global portfolio of demanding
customers rely on the high quality and reliability of our chips and subassemblies that are manufactured in our
clean room facilities in Rüschlikon, Switzerland.
We are looking for a talented research scientist with experience in the design and characterization of
compound semiconductor devices to develop new innovative detection solutions in emerging applications.
Your tasks:
Your profile:
You have a university degree in electrical engineering, photonics, physics or a related discipline. Preferably,
you have experience in III-V compound semiconductor device technology or you have already worked on
optoelectronic semiconductor devices.
We are looking for an open-minded, professional and highly motivated personality. If you have organisational
talent and are very goal oriented, you are best prepared for this ambitious position.
Excellent English and good German language skills, both oral and written, are a prerequisite.
